Bye Bye Birdie Scheduling Expectations
● All Cast members should expect that they will be called to all rehearsals.
● There will be rehearsals where only specific groups are called but Miss Riley must know what your
exact conflicts are prior to making that schedule.
● ALL conflicts with this schedule must be submitted in writing on the Conflict Form contained in this
packet prior to casting. Any (non-emergency) conflict not listed on that Conflict Form will not be
excused.
● 3 unexcused absences will result in dismissal from the show.
● Please be advised, it is unlikely that a student will be cast who must miss ANY rehearsals two weeks
prior to opening night (Mar. 13th-Mar. 22nd).
● Also, we cannot consider any student who has a conflict with ANY of the performances (Mar.
23rd-Mar. 25th)
● You have my word that no rehearsals will be added to this schedule.
● When you sign the last page of this packet and the bottom of the Conflict Form you are AGREEING
with all of these terms and expectations for you and your child.
